Topographic Survey

This type of survey shows elevations and locations of existing improvements on a property for the purposes of planning, engineering, and design.

Boundary Survey

We do boundary surveys for both residential and commercial properties. This service includes finding or setting your property corners and preparing a map to be recorded with the local county surveyor’s office. Our professional licensed land surveyors use deed records, previous survey records, lines of occupation, and other evidence to resolve the boundary of your property.

ALTA Survey

This survey helps get title insurance for commercial properties. We will provide the title company with the required information they request.

Construction Staking

This service provides stakes for contractors to use in order to construct improvements. We use plans developed by an engineer to set stakes on the ground giving contractors horizontal and vertical alignments.

Property Line Adjustments

If you want to move your existing property line from where it is currently located, this service will help you accomplish that task by creating new descriptions and preparing a map when required by your local planning department.

FEMA Elevation Certificates

We prepare elevation certificates for the purpose of assisting your insurance agent to determine your flood insurance rates. This is done by using FEMA records to determine what flood zone you are located in and then using benchmarks to determine the elevation of the structure and ground elevations on your property.

Partition/Subdivision Plats

This service is designed for subdividing or partitioning residential and commercial properties. It will help you divide your property for development purposes.

Locate Property Corner

We will attempt to locate existing property corners from previous surveys in order to determine if you need a boundary survey.
